Refund Policy

You may return your order within 30 days of receiving your parcel.

To be eligible for a return or refund, items must:

  • Be unused

  • Be in their original packaging

  • Show no signs of wear or damage

We will provide you with the return form and the return address.


Damaged Parcel

If your parcel arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the parcel and its contents immediately upon receipt.

Send the photos along with your order number to:

Please note that damage claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days using the same payment method you used for your purchase.

If your refund is delayed, please first contact your bank or payment provider. If the issue is not on their side, please contact us at:

Refund & Return Policy

1. Legal Right of Withdrawal (EU & UK Consumers)

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order, without providing any reason.

You may use a clear statement by email. We will then provide you with return instructions.


2. Extended Return Policy (30 Days)

In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, Eliza’s Choice offers a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be unused and unworn

  • Items must be in their original packaging

  • Items must be in a resalable condition

  • All labels, seals, and hygiene protections must be intact


3. Hygiene & Health-Related Products – Exclusion

For health, hygiene, and intimate items, including but not limited to:

  • Compression stockings

  • Compression socks

  • Leggings or garments worn directly against the skin

Returns are not accepted if the item has been:

  • Worn

  • Washed

  • Opened where a hygiene seal has been removed

This exclusion is permitted under Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU and corresponding UK regulations.


4. Return Procedure

We will provide:

  • The return form

  • The return address

⚠️ Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your parcel arrives damaged or defective:

Claims submitted after this period may be refused.


6. Refunds

If approved:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless required by law or in case of defective goods
